About Juliana
Juliana worked with the youth in churches across three Catholic dioceses between 2007 and 2020. Somewhere in the middle, she was a research assistant for a graduate school in theology, and she has taught adult faith formation. Most importantly, she made many good friends in ministry and strove to build up a loving community for others.
Father Paul is the hero priest that Juliana needed in order to (re)build her own faith and pray through some troubled times. Her passion to fight human trafficking arose while serving the Archdiocese of Baltimore, a city that sadly is a major east coast hub for human trafficking.
This novel is entirely fictional.
Juliana can be found in the choir or other music ensemble on a given Sunday, no matter the style of music.

Personal Life
Juliana currently lives in the midwest and does some of her best brainstorming while hiking new trails and letting her imagination run wild. She loves to cook (but sometimes forgets to turn on the oven), put together jigsaw puzzles, and read cozy novels.
While she doesn’t work for the Catholic Church anymore, she is still a happy Catholic, striving to be a better one. Her hope is that readers of all faiths (or none at all) will enjoy her fiction for the good stories and quirky characters. She cherishes messages and reviews from readers just like you.
“I hope you have a search warrant,” Father Paul said with mock concern.
Miller huffed. “Oh, you think I did this?” He openly surveyed the wreck. “I thought you were just a messy housekeeper. Your door was open, so I let myself in. No need for a warrant.”
